Still remembered four years ago, I pushed away all jobs back home, shut down my company back then and came down to reinvent myself as a music tech student inside berklee ;)
Many claimed that my decision was mad but as I went out, I already saw that how fast had the market shifted and also how intensed was the competition out there :) Nowadays it Is way beyond just performance but also composition, production , music tech , story , a&r, budgeting and also policy ;) Traditional method had broken down way before covid. No longer that u need to depend solely on managers or companies. In fact, the best way is to hands on all. In addition, due to the strict policy out there, one can no longer bring anyone out without qualification or visa.
Dare to let go the glamour on the surface and come down humbly to reinvent yourself ;) Don't just listen to what people say but come down instead to see and seek ;)

重新调整去当一位音乐制作的初学者
很多都说我很傻
但是所有的一切在都在疫情前已经变了
以往的演出如今要懂得制作，音乐，故事，预算还有法律政策
旧方式已经回不去了
如今真的不能只是靠经纪人公司，一定要自己下手，也不能随意带人因为国外的政策不；）
更不要只是听说
自己亲身经历是最实际;)

Banyak yg tak setuju dengan keputusanku
Namun bila ku nampak kat luar, semua lagi cepat, canggih dan lebih mendalam dah
Sekarang dah bukan saja tentang persembahan saja, tapi Juga kena kuasai Teknologi, Produksi, Kisah, Budget dan banyak lagi ;)
Sebenarnya sebelum covid, banyak cara lama dah berubah dah !
Sekarang memang Tak boleh hanya Bergantung Nasib hanya Kpd manager mahupun Syarikat saja , setiap orang mestilah turun padang dan buatlah sendiri. Di samping Itu, disebabkan oleh polisi kat luar, memang dilarang untuk membawa sesiapa secara suka hati dah.
Jangan hanya percaya kepada apa yg orang lain cakap. Berusaha Sendiri Adalah Cara Yang Paling Berkesan.
